A slow rise is just fine by me if that’s what makes me not sell anymore for 12 months for cgt discount. I’ve bought two decent parcels which immediately bagged in 8 days in mid Jan and couldn’t hold off selling 1/3, I got only that 3rd left still plenty for the very LT. Krc is amazing with all its resource potentials.
