With the number of spps on offer recently, it's kinda nice to sit one out for a change. Keeps things sweet with the missus as well.
The comment in the announcement "Placement with a select group of high quality, long only resources investors" is something we don't see often and I wish more companies would adopt this attitude. The constant raise and churn by some fundies need to be kept in check, and personally I feel MM8 have a good handle of addressing this.
I see this as a positive.
