From what I’m hearing the expats there are all heavily invested in the company (though are contracting in) and the milestone bonuses are quiet generous to keep them moving. Not a lot to do out there on a long stint so give a man a bone and they’ll work hard to get things done. As you say free oxide milling, little complexity but understand the hesitation from some given recent events.
