    I understand that the magnetite ore can be beneficiated to produce a product that is suitable for sale...

    Maybe if you googled those terms yourself you would understand that the amount of energy and beneficiation required in order to produce a product suitable for sale comes at a considerably higher capital cost... the letter b fits in there somewhere behind the dollar sign...
