I have read some good posts from you and I'm only reacting to those particular predictions not to you .
I've never seen anything done in that timescale .
If NE B. was open in all directions , maybe , but it's only open at depth and the deeper it goes the more sense there is in waiting to drill from the bottom of the pit or underground ,(cost) .
Lots of potential at PDI and lots to like but cannot see any justification for what you wrote at all .
No need to feel you have to be the polar opposite of Jaypol , one extreme is quite enough !
