As many suspected, perhaps, like the last big (~$30m?) cap-raise, that there have been 'informal' offers presented/discussed recently, with VLA having again just basically demonstrated that they can get $$$ to 'go all the way' alone, if the 'big-fish' don't want to make 'reasonable' offers, and/or perhaps it is a bit of a 'throw down the gauntlet' moment for Merck, BMS, and any other interested parties to 'stake their claim'' perse...

Pay-up, or pierce-off sort of thing...

Bring on the FY18 Q3/4 results...
