Long mine life... Sheesh will be well retired by then I'd hope. Not sure if I can wait that long to realise the full Npv haha. I wonder how robust the price assumption for product is as well as the 8% rate used. What would be a reasonable WACC with rates as low as they are currently? Acknowledging it will return to longer term averages of course.
