I think it is a certainty that there will be a cr sooner rather than later as growing companies need to spend (high growth also usually equals accelerating costs) and want to have a reasonable cash position (i think $5M plus is adequate in this instance possibly more). I'd expect next cap raising to accelerate growth even further hence I believe it will be sizeable. It doesn't mean bad news because this story is very good and could see a small discount to VWAP with new international investors coming on board wanting to be part of the story.
