People have been saying that about LOM for over a decade. Sure, it could happen. Any country can change it's mind on a mining project, it has happened here with Scomo getting himself signed in as a secret mining resources minister so he could cancel a gas project. I'm not going to concern myself with pure speculation, at this point it just sounds like calling wolf to me.
