    Agree why loose half your money the second you buy. If I wanted to do that, I'd by a used car. If we had 30M it is more likely than not that we would be flow testing. Similarly, if we had a PPSA, we wouldn't give a flying fig about the shortfall as there would probably by a JV deal announced.
