This is good news. It gives them a few more options.
For example, they could farm down Mukukyu (a deep and expensive structure) to a major, and keep the cheaper and easier structure to drill themselves.
They could farm out 50% of Mukuyu for, say, $75 million, including a cash component to drill the Dande independently.
Mukuyu is going to be a struggle for a microcap to develop alone.
