from a corporate view…. The failed now open CR which by definition tells market $$$ are needed isn’t helpful in my view.

I am also not sure how to feel that a BOD member is involved in insto handling this.

if all was to be true …. And if BOD hold same view as SM that SP should be multiples higher …. Surely they cannnot CR at current or discounted price? It would be at a premium or at 13.

probably makes sense the confused market and clearly someone predicting outcome and playing it by selling down.
