So, all I’ve found on the gecko boyz is they were incorporated on 18/11/2022 and then this arrangement with ASX listed LKO announced in June:

it mentions Gehyra Flux are also aiming to IPO. It occurs to me that whoever the very private and no doubt enormously wealthy backers behind it turn out to be, whether it’s a well know figure like the Ginas, Twiglets and Chrises of this new energy world or a consortium of lesser known private wealth or even foreign entities, perhaps this first little sign we are in bed with them could be a hint our paths will further align, either in the form of a significant strategic stake pre-IPO, or even merging with them in order to IPO as one….
