I'm NOT a representative for anybody, just doing my research (before I invest) and can see some problems with the board having had a lifestyle element to their director fees. Where there are red flags shareholders should sound them out at every opportunity. The directors have a prime duty to the company not themselves for any reason. Shareholders have a voice they just need guidance to use it properly. Sorry if I upset you it is not intended.
