Thanks for the positive comments, I'm still researching but I agree fully the exec bonuses and high director fees should have been called out.

A digital copy of the share registry costing little more than $250 is the first step in shareholder fight back on lifestyle directors. We (if I become a shareholder) will do this. We with 5% of votes on issue can call on the directors to hold a general meeting at company expense ,not the shareholders expense who get involved. To get this meeting requires the company getting 2 months notice, resolutions and 5% of votes on issue to support the action.

This is something all shareholders should think about and the first step is contact via share registry email, unfortunately nominee holders individuals email addresses are not included.
