I'm no expert in this area, but if you look at how slow the earnings contributions have been from all segments other than 'management fees', one can only imagine the kind of implied earnings that are achievable if/when the cycle turns.
If they are able to distribute 7c+ in dividends p.a in these tough times...its not the worst yield to wait, although watching the share price slide is never all that joyous.
