I would 100% have to agree. It's taken me a lot not to comment but wow I just couldn't participate in all the antics..

Where do I start...is all this a "g-up"!!! I mean, for all those whinging "I never missed out" "management should have given more then 2m" "this is a blatant manipulation by mngt" you get my drift...all those people saying this are complete woodducks (I would say something more harsh but mods would have just moderated) yes that's right, how foolish must you be?

Firstly:

1)How about thank you to management for including retailers in the SPP!!?

2) I would bet my left mango that the Sophs were offered more then retailers is due to the sophs have more $$$, it's more beneficial for the company!!!!!! It's that obvious.

3) If you don't like point 2 then read point 1!

4) I'm also betting those whinging are only in it to get their placement and sell for a quick profit but what's the good in that? Take the CGT cut and leaves you practically with nothing! Another foolish move.

All in all, from the start of the week to today all we have spoken about is this SPP and how do I BPay when do I get my placement and or it's a bloody conspiracy, I'm going to do a class action because I never got my placement! GROW UP and start thinking about now to March and beyond.

Now, for some, you won't like what I'm about to say but purely my OWN OPINION..For those whinging too much about this SPP and continues to whinge because it didn't go your way, I hope you lose out because it's clear as day you simply do not have the foresight of what management are trying to do thus setting this company up for great things.

I must stress, I am not flaiming or baiting people as this is simply my own opinion and sharing some honest thoughts but I truly hope everyone sits back and realises (specifically) those who have been left hugffing and puffing over not getting their placement and again think about the mid/long term goals!

Now, can we all agree that now the SPP is over we can go back to discussing why we really are here and that's LITHIUM and AGY and IMMINENT MILESTONE ANNOUNCEMENTS?!
