Prospectus was released/announced on the 17th Oct and clearly states:

1.4  SPP Offer Period

The SPP Offer opens on 20 October 2017 and is scheduled to close at 5.00 pm (WST) on 3 November 2017 (SPP Offer Period).

1. The Company reserves the right to:
   • extend the SPP Offer;
   • close the SPP Offer early; or
   • withdraw the SPP Offer
     
   • at any time by making an announcement to the ASX. Eligible Shareholders who wish to apply for New Shares under the SPP Offer are encouraged to make their application as soon as possible.

SP was between 19.5c - 21c on 20th Oct so if you really wanted more shares that was you best opportunity to get as many as possible close to 18c.

I thought SP was going to hang around low 20's for awhile longer but with SPP being wrapped up early and initial Stage 2 10Ha evaporation ponds being filled the SP should find its way back to where it was at the start of the month.
