There will constantly be a push to get fees in quicker … 50% upfront - 50% on completion, monthly retainer, etc.
Depending on type of client base and size of businesses, some accounting firms won’t accept clients unless they’re computerised.
Many accounting firms are being turned into businesses instead of practices.
Remains to be seen how KPG goes as I notice ROIC declining and don’t know the maturity details of debt.
