What a crock of s... do you complain to telstra when they bill you monthly? service providers have had a gutful of chasing up clients that decide to pay when they feel like it, if at all. more regular invoices are easier on cashflow and then the provider can see if smaller bills arent paid on time, cut off the service instead of being left with a huge bad debt in 12 months! get with the times. Xero is the best most easy to use software out there. throw your excel and shoebox receipts in the bin
