I get that BIH has a forecast (conservative) NPV of $141mm, but that only equates to a sp of ~6.4c. That is presuming that they can get someone to finance the pre production at any reasonable rate. Tala Hamza is obvoiusly the jewel in the crown, but the goalposts on that keep getting moved. And, again, where are they going to get the money to develop it without giving away another chunk of the project?
