    Ok so we are moving towards getting the shortfall sorted

    Notice nick got a $150k cash bonus - that's because he was the one that got the SOL deal done

    Also noticed that SOL needs to give 6 months notice if they want to cancel agreement - installation starts immediately

    So im assuming the CEO role is separate to all of this as andy brown doesn't appear - his salary is $96k per year
