    Have I got this right?

    1 CBR share = 0.00640 MergeCo share.
    1 MergeCo share = 1/0.00640 = 156.25 CBR shares
    1 MergeCo share = 15.625 AUD (CBR SP @ 0.10AUD)

    Nasdaq:
    1 MergeCo share = USD 4
    1 MergeCo share = AUD 6.28 (4x1.57)

    So CBR value is dropping from 15.62 to 6.28.
    The new CBR share will be worth just 40% of its current paltry value.
