Unfortunately, the real estate industry is highly cyclical and maybe more vulnerable in the countries FDV is operating. This post Covid inflationary environment has been significant head wind for the company. Having said that, the company has been really resilient in my opinion. Looking forward to seeing how the company would perform post the Covid inflationary environment. I guess won't be long.
