Any predator would need to get 5% before making a move.
Easier said than done, unless they were accumulating already with the large sell-off.
Also, be interesting to see what does with the pile of cash they recently acquired by selling Azure holdings (around the time of STX's struggles and when MIN brought up STX, unprompted, in his half yearly preso). Then again, they may be just paying down debt or acquiring other lithium assets.
