    Yes, sorry sloppy by me.
    Rewatching, now, I realise what stuck is my memory as 'unprompted'; namely his insistence that he wants to build a gas plant alone. Seemed like a bit of subtle misdirection by a wily old fox to me. Also, no one ever suggested MIN would be a non-operator on any potential gas plant.
