I am aware of that post JD. Whilst I respect Gimo’s comments and often agree with his assessments I find it hard to believe that CE wasn’t accumulating wgo shares on Gina’s behest. Therefore, imo Gina had already decided on a full TO of wgo or her advisers erred in not realising her bid needed to be extended past the stx cut-off date once she had attained more than 50%. I can accept it was a mistake/miscalculation but not that Ellison shafted the richest woman in Australia.
