All the valuations presented simply value the current cash flow - and these turkeys have decided to come on here after the SE 2 and 3 results. They have purposely ignored the value of the as yet untested ground.
@618 is closer to the money, but imo the value of the untested ground is too low - but that is the nature of the beast.

If you're in this for the long term, keep them in the bottom drawer and let mgt do their thing.
And remember, the only time a billionaire will want to buy this is if it is going to be a 1000% return for them. So if an offer comes in...you know what numbers they are working with.

Where's the social licence within the presentations ?
If going to grow will meet alot of obstacles and backlash without a SLO in the area's operating .
A critical point IMHO
