I would refrain from giving financial advice so no. Affirm wishes to be profitable sometime. A few years ago it was trading at $365 USD, now as it claims it is closer to Breakeven it trades at $70 USD. If BNPL is going to stay around, with its strong Balance Sheet and significant inroads into market share (it is a niche player, however) it may be a major player and if it becomes profitable it could give investors a return, despite its shares still being very expensive.

By comparison, IMO, ZIP continues to skate on very thin ice. No equity, no assets, no profits and no money to get them up there. Its shares are cheap by comparison but I cannot see how it can become a fair size player without serious money and a lot of grim determination.

There will be a consolidation of this industry. IMO Affirm may become a larger player, which could add to its SP. ZIP is more likely to be taken out IMO, the SP may boost from a takeover offer if a/ somebody sees value b/ somebody wants to bulk up to buy the market share. Both part of industry consolidation IMO
