    the difference is the bloke down the road didn't pay Suncorp $400M with the expectation of a joint venture / partnership whereby AMA would AT LEAST enjoy NORMAL profitability. Suncorp has acted in bad faith here. AMA needs to stand up and reclaim what was taken from it.
