    Hey Doc: average repair cost is a dangerous matrix.

    1/ if insurance co's lift the excess by say $200 and this reduces the smaller claims, then the ARC increases.

    2/ like wise if ppl cant afford the excess the smaller incidents are not claimed and only bigger jobs are processed..

    so has like for like job value increased ?
