Most of the competitor's arent spending millions on board members .. who then spend even Moore money paying their own companies to provide advice to the board. Competitors are run by those with business and industry experience who don't waste money on excess people and bad advice.
As Ru$$ points out hopefully Matt has been able to curb most of that and get things back on track and the wastage will be gone asap
