I wouldn't be trying to compare the two. EYE should be 50x more than OPT given that OPT is facing a market that is about 1/10th of ours and already heavily condensed with other products developed by major companies (companies that would not have much trouble pushing out an entrant). We have a market far larger and all to ourselves! A drug is much more difficult to pass than a device (safety is more difficult to ensure), and a cure is far harder to prove the efficacy of compared to a treatment. If the market is sufficiently confident to give such a product a valuation of $500m then 2RT deserves a valuation in the billions (perhaps 10s of billons) of dollars due to its high safety profile, proof of efficacy and the size of its market.
