Well done ACW. It now seems that retail shareholders now have to wait until the EGM to get our stock vs sophisticated holders who already have their shares and options to freely trade. What happens if geopolitical events cause a market meltdown? Are they going to give us our money back? Again we have been treated as inferior to the so called “big end of town”. ACW can not use the excuse of insufficient stock to allocate as they used up our previously ratified allotment increased to provide shares and options to the “big end”.
I admit I was wrong and they got full funding. But not only did we get scaled back but they have also effectively stopped us from having shares and options that we have already paid for until the EGM. Is this “oppression against a minority” under corporate law?
They should have made all options subject to the EGM approval and only allotted shares at this point to all parties. Another cross against ACW leadership! Hope my quick interpretation is actually incorrect and that geopolitical risks do not eventuate.
