Investment firms destroy these companies. Wouldn't be surprised if some are getting there hands on shares to short it into these capital raises and then participating in the CR to cover their short position. Screwing anyone who actually wants to invest in the growth of the company on the way. I guess this is the 'game' they play to make money. I'm not in the know and am having to step away from these small caps for my portfolio. 3 cap raises in my portfolio this week, all on declining share prices....
