I really loved DRO, held for almost 8 years, they were on steady growth, everything checks out tick tick tick. They were so bullish and confident, missed sales here and there, all good and understandable.

I think the real turning point is potentially losing on the US DoD national roll out, which has been reported at $200-400m range as a starter, then if you adding the manufacturing upsizing last year, but probably due to the scenario you mentioned, they lost this at the end, which triggered the insider sell out earlier this year, as they were supposed to be getting this mega sales locked down by beginning of this year.

Comes Auguest, another mega CR of $100m to develope next gen solution, why, because 1st gen wasn't a winner solution and would never been again.

Now it all checked out, very very sad story.
