Given that Tim has over a million shares in RFX he would have been eligible for 500 000 under the offer.
My guess is he has not taken up his full allotment. (Maybe 50%)
Of course I will be pleasantly surprised if I am wrong and I will take it as a vote of confidence if he oversubscribed.
