Sadly I agree with you mick. Small cap 101 is you raise just enough to carry out your next lot of drilling, put out the results, SP goes up and you raise the next bit at a higher level to minimise dilution. This deal is looking after sophs who will dump millions of shares for a 20 or 40% gain. Retailers get screwed. I'm in the green anywhere above .5 so I'll be looking for an exit at the next pump.
