What a dump at close, if you include the sellers now listed at 0.5c, that makes 80+Mil.
I guess that some people have lost the love with MLS and are going to try and find some greener pastures.
I am committed to MLS and believe that sooner or later we will be rewarded, I am hoping for sooner, but later is still ok.
