MLS need to provide some further details on how the CR will be used to create SH value, not only just a general statement about increasing exploration on Lac Rainy and Manindi. They should be providing a strategic pathway on how this CR is being used at least. I'm not so fussed about the CR itself - yeah 1 for 1 option didnt sound good when I first read it, but I'm assuming management is fairly confident in these being exercised, so another $6m over 2 years is going to help with future funding.
The fact that private investors gobbled up the CR is not a bad sign either. Either way, keen to hear from the company further
