Treat people for life rather than cure them.
Anyway, the chances of them curing patients with one prescription and no further need for treatment is about as likely as Brett putting shareholders first.
It's more likely, patients didn't feel it helped sufficiently to keep purchasing or they switched to a competitors product.
Either way, 35% retention will be an issue if this can't be improved.
