While prescriptions don't necessarily translate or provide guidance on revenue (as the patients may not buy the medicine), what it does evidence is the progression through one of the major speed bumps in the medical cannabis world....Education.
Doctors will only prescribe something they are comfortable with. Globally what's held back Cannabis is it's understanding within the medical community. Decades of stigma are needing to be broken down and that is occurring. Not just with MXC but with all Medical Cannabis globally.
Cannabis isn't a brand new plant that just popped up without any bias attached. It has a vast history of propaganda and toxic agendas attached to it.
Bottom line - Rising prescriptions benefits the entire sentiment of the industry globally. Doctors will see there friends prescribing it, ask questions etc etc etc
Ps - i do feel MXC in particular should start giving some more guidance over how many prescriptions translate into sales, but ill take what i can get right now!!
