There was almost 0 liquidity under 3.3 cents
No reason to have offered such a steep discount.
The more I think of it, the glad I become that John has resigned and a more suitable chairman has come in.
I am also glad that they brought Paul on board.
2 years of failure cannot be forgotten but atleast the board changing and raising capital is a step in the right direction.
Let's hope they put Paul in the driving seat sooner rather than later.
