mixed feelings on this - great that management are such fervent believers
not great that they stuck their little piggy noses in the trough and awarded themselves cheap options - the 60 offer price is fair enough but the options on top is greedy.
I will be voting against this.
Bit confused about the 'no dilution/minimal dilution' comments earlier in thread - I am getting just as much diluted as if Black Rock had bought the new shares..... only an offer that I can partipate in stops me being diluted
