This money will complete the plant that will not only showcase the product for Latrobe Valley but our Indian connections too. Maybe they wanted a fully integrated optimised plant to rule out any hiccups ?

It's possible, but until Covid is over I can't see ECT wasting any time over there until they sign something that's binding or involves them putting $$$$ into our accounts..
