    If it was such a good deal for the new investors why did they have to sweeten it with a nearly 20% discount?

    The Placement issue price of $0.05 per Share represents a 19.35% discount to the 5 Day volume weighted
    average price (VWAP) price of the Company’s shares on 17 April 2025.
