Bingo, it's a sweetheart deal for their mates. The question is, is it to let their mates dump on market and make a quick buck or is it to make them exorbitantly richer when they announce the next tier one gold discovery?... If it's the latter then this CR won't matter to pre TH holders by year end.

I have to say though, if it was the latter they could have improved market confidence by making the share issue date in July same as tranche 2. Issuing the shares on the 1st of May just opens the door for a slow SP bleed the whole way through the drilling process.

Disappointing overall but as I said, that may not matter in a few months.
