Translation: We are moving forward with a lot development of the project (house building, etc) although we can't really afford it. Because we are a developer without formal funding at the moment to back up all the expenses required for such a project.
We don't think we are going to develop from December 2023, so this loan fill the gap. What we are actually awaiting is a final offer from another company to take over the project. that is taking longer than expected and we are awaiting that.
