Great news. Directors putting in $ and firm commitments. I’m glad DRE didn’t go the SPP to public route. We traditionally had raises filled without requiring public SPP, and the first time in years Dean did a SPP due to shareholder requests, it bit the team in the backside.
This should remove the concerns for CR in the near future, no doubt that tune will be played again on the forums however.
Discount price is really reasonable, amount raised is great and should provide us a decent runway especially with Top-drill arrangements - we might hit the ground running and delineate hard and fast as the team likes to do.
