I have been following this company for over 18 months(including buying some shares)and believe that it is on the cusp of becoming cash positive by june 2013(stated by company)and todays capital raing by sophisticated investors and more importantly the chairman and the ceo is a great vote of confidence.The money is being used by the company to be debt free ,financing their increasing debtors due to increasing turnover(expected turnover y/e 30/6/2014 $35 million) and limited capital expenditure on training facilities in perth and darwin(very good sign as they must be close to capacity).
